Does anyone know what the max current is at the "charging stations" at Baylands?

I am pretty sure he is referring to 3 hours being considered a continuous load as defined by the National Elecrical Code that says that for a continuous load you shall not exeed 80% of a circuit breakers rating. This is the legal limit it can be planned for and also a good general rule to follow. In actual use.assuming good.wiring and components this can be exceeded without creating a rift in the space time continuum and destroy everything. Making.the assumption that these are a 20 amp circuit on 120 in fair shape you could probably max these at 2400w+ per circuit assuming the gfci plugs are also 20amp rated.

Ahh, That makes sense. Thanks for the detail. I'm clearly not an electrical professional.

Are the plugs 3 prong like in your home (ground and 2 slots), or 3 prong where one of the slots is a T. If it is a T, it's a 20A outlet. If it's like in your home, it's a 15A outlet. Some newer homes may be using the 20A outlets inside the house, but normally 20A outlets would be found in the garage or a shop, or lab or industrial spaces.

The outlet type, however, does not say anything about how many outlets share the same breaker, which of course, is the important thing to understand. You could have five 20A outlines on a single 20A breaker. You would not find five 20A outlines on a 40A breaker. That would be against electrical code.

Best way to find out is to contact a park official or maintenance office and ask.

Regards,
Michael
